Which payment methods do you accept?
ITXdepot accepts wire transfers and major credit cards issued in USA or Canada, credit cards from other regions are subject to approval.

Will I have to pay import duties, tax, VAT or brokerage on my international order?
If they apply, yes. Brokerage fees, import duties, VAT, or any other tariff, levy or fee are not included in the purchase price or the shipping and handling charges. Such fees and taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party. To find out what taxes or fees will be applied to your order from ITXdeport.com, please contact your local tax authority.

Yes. We will send you a tracking number after the shipping document is processed

Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When you are ready to check out, you will be able to fill both your billing address and shipping address.

Yes, we do ship internationally. You may compute shipping charges on our web site.

How long will my order take to ship?
In general, in-stock component orders will ship the same business day and barebone systems will ship in 2-3 business days. Larger orders may take longer. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the estimated ship time.

Yes, we will ship on your corporate account by your request; but $8 handling fee may apply.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
ITXdepot offers 1 year warranty from the date of original purchase on all electronic components such as the motherboard, memory, DC board and AC adapter.
Defective electronic components must be removed from the case and sent back to ITXdepot for repair. ITXdepot will only pay for one way shipping by UPS.
