The Mini-ITX mainboard form factor is a highly integrated native x86 mainboard measuring only 170 mm x 170 mm (6.75 inches x 6.75 inches) and enables the development of an infinite variety of small form factor PC systems. Mini-ITX mainboards are small enough to fit in a standard DIN-sized dash opening. VIA makes a range of motherboards with built-in CPUs that range in speed from 600MHz to 1.5GHz. There are also models that will accommodate other various CPUs such as Core Duo and Core 2 Duo.
