All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Items will be shipped back to you via UPS/trucking ground only. For quicker delivery, the freight difference will be charged at your expense.

Returned items must be sent in secure packaging to prevent any shipping damage. If there are any damages to the item, the customer will be informed and it will be returned freight collect.

Returned items with different RMA numbers must be labeled clearly if they are to be shipped together.

If items can not be matched with the attached RMA #, the merchandise will be returned freight collect.

We ship to all 50 states, Canada and Puerto Rico.

You can e-mail us or call in for an insurance quotation. The additional insurance charge (if applicable) will not be displayed in your final purchase price but it will be added to the order before it is shipped.
